The Speros service department is trained to prioritize service requests based on their impact to your overall company. We will assign each service request to one of the following categories:

Minor

This is an issue affecting a single end-user, or multiple end-users, where there is a viable workaround.

Critical

This is an issue affecting a single user without a viable workaround.

Emergency

This is an issue affecting multiple end-user where the is no viable workaround.

Emergency service requests that are emailed MUST be followed up with a telephone call to (912) 354-8989 to minimize your downtime.
